Zumba Review

Zumba isn’t a diet pill or for that matter a diet plan. Yes, you can and should combine it with a diet plan. But Zumba is an exercise program based on a fun dancing approach. Celebrity trainer “Beto” Perez pushes the idea that he simply “stumbled” upon it in his Native Columbia. But obviously, having grown up in the area, it wasn’t exactly a happy accident.
Still, Zumba has spread across the United States and now across the world in a shorter period of time than just about any other workout plan including P90X! It became international in 2007, and ever since then, Zumba continues to sell various videos. But some are certifying to teach their own Zumba classes.
Is the Zumba Workout Plan Any Good?
The Zumba workout plan is extremely popular, because it’s fun. People are more likely to keep exercising when it’s enjoyable, making any exercise plan that can achieve this effect makes it more likely to succeed. But sometimes, the fun ones don’t burn any calories.
Zumba can burn just as many calories as a moderate running program. In fact, Zumba is more effective than most cardio workout programs of any kind. It burns more calories, each video gives you about an hour’s workout, and it really is so simple that anybody could do it.
Are There Any Cons?
Not everybody loves dancing, and some may feel self-conscious. But if you are one of those people, you can still choose to order the videos that you can use at home, which are still cheaper anyway. It’s hard to find anything really not to like about Zumba, even for younger kids who can also use it.
Conclusion
Zumba is a dance plan that can ideally help even those who hate exercise to get the required cardio workouts and lose weight. Zumba has realistic approaches, and it’s easy. Each section is broken down into just a few simple moves that combine into one, burning calories, teaching you new things, and making exercise in general fun.
