Youth Addict Torch’d does have some good ingredients. It has mostly caffeine based fat burners that can produce a greater thermogenic effect if used correctly. Likewise, theobromine can provide certain antioxidant benefits that can in some ways help you to achieve far greater benefits in general.
Cons
Youth Addict Torch’d does not actually have the 400mg required of each type of caffeine. It has 2 types of caffeine and yet only a 625mg proprietary blend with their third ingredient being geranium oil, which is an essential oil that in no way actually bothers promoting weight loss results. This being said, obviously they do not have what it takes. But this formula can still cause some caffeine related side effects.

We would not recommend bothering with Youth Addict Torch’d. It will not help you to lose any weight, and it will not help you to achieve any other results in general.
