Wu Long Tea Review
Wu Long Tea is a brand name for Oolong Tea. As such, Wu Long Tea has found itself crowned with a strong reputation as an effective fat burner. The difference between Wu Long Tea and other popular weight loss teas, such as Green Tea, is how the leaves are treated after there are reaped. Green tea leaves are instantly heated in order to discontinue the natural enzymatic reaction (oxidation) of the leaf. Once they are dried, green tea leaves are then rolled intentionally breaking the cell structure. Wu Long Tea leaves are plucked, and then kept in an attentively controlled environment and allowed to oxidize. These leaves are not meant to be broken, leaving most of the cell structure whole.
Pros
Oolong Tea, along with Green and Black Tea, has a cornucopia of health benefits for those who add it to their routines. There are a bevy of minerals that are desirous to achieve younger cell structure and a healthy glow about the skin. And, yes, amazingly enough Wu Long Tea does offer fat burning benefits that have been proven through intensive clinical studies.
Cons
Wu Long Tea is not meant to be the one and only element in your weight loss plans. This is not a magical elixir that will cause your body to destroy its fat stores within a few days. And unfortunately, this particular brand of Wu Long Tea does not actually use the clinically proven 400mg of oolong tea needed to promote weight loss results. So unfortunately, all of those benefits previously mentioned are null and void with this particular formula.
Conclusion
Oolong tea is a powerful ingredient and component that could be useful in promoting greater long term weight loss. However, Wu Long Tea does not actually provide the needed amounts, and you could find a stronger formula in your local grocery store for about $5 for a box of 30-50 tea bags. In other words, you could without question find something better than Wu Long Tea for a cheaper price, and we would not recommend it.
