They have quite a few amino acids. Amino acids can feed muscles and in some ways maintain them for better results and better tone.
Cons
They don’t actually have the right amounts using only small proprietary blends. They don’t have any ingredients for actual muscle building or for that matter fat burning or energy. They only have amino acids, which have a small impact at best.

In other words, you would do better using something else, and we would recommend that you do just that. This formula does not have the right stuff that you are looking for, and there are far better options out there that you should check out.
