Because Truderma claims to have perfected hCG to help you lose weight faster and keep it off, we decided to look into Tru Trim to see what it can really offer.

It was this problem, says Truderma, that spurred the creation of the newest, most advanced form of hCG called TruHCG.
History
Although Truderma claims that Tru Trim is the latest and greatest in weight loss developments, they do not explain how it was developed and how it interacts with the body differently than other hCG diets.
In fact, Tru Trim’s website has no scientific results or even clinical studies on this new form of hCG and we highly doubt that it can have solved the problem of hCG.
Ingredients
Another reason that we doubt Tru Trim can really have developed a form of hCG that is supposed to make all of our weight loss dreams come true is that they have so many other ingredients in their formula apart from TruHCG.
Not only does it have your average stimulants like caffeine, green tea triple blend and white willow bark extract, but there are also ones that sound a little more mysterious like Mormon tea.
Mormon tea is an herb that grows natively in the western United States. This herb is also called ephedra and has been vilified as one of the most dangerous ingredients in the weight loss industry.
Our Opinion
Because Tru Trim includes ingredients that have been shown to cause heart disorders, heart attacks, strokes and even death, we cannot recommend this product. We think there are far safer and more effective ways to lose weight than with Tru Trim.
