Cons
It seems that products in general don’t actually use the right amounts. They use a fraction of the 4500mg required. But considering most ingredients require 250mg-400mg, this isn’t all that surprising. In addition, you only lose an extra 3 pounds of fat per year with this formula, which isn’t nearly as much as you think. In fact, we would hardly call that clinically proven to say the least.
Conclusion
We would not recommend using most tonalin CLA products. Most of them don’t have the right amounts, and frankly there are quite a few that rely solely on this ingredient, which doesn’t work out. It is a small amount of weight loss, and it’s better in combination with other ingredients as a whole. But frankly speaking, we consider it more of a health ingredient for the heart than a weight loss ingredient. 3 pounds per year simply isn’t our definition of weight loss success.
