Frankly speaking, the right diet pill can suppress appetite. And if your problem is that you are always hungry and therefore eat too much, that could help. But you can’t hypnotize away your appetite. And even if you eat less, you also need to improve the types of food you eat.

Frankly speaking, there are no studies to promote this idea in any way, shape, or form. The fact that they claim to have clinical studies is a joke. Even professionals who use hypnosis on their clients and even themselves every day don’t pretend that it will work for weight loss, because they know better. Frankly speaking, with any “free trial offer”, despite what they say, there are always recurring charges, and they always give you a time period just short enough that they know you won’t remember to call in and cancel. So realistically, there’s no reason to fall for this.
