Think & Lose

Think and Lose

Think & Lose is an “as seen on TV” product that claims that you can try it for free, even talking about people who lost 70-80 pounds eating the foods they normally ate and losing the cravings for all the bad foods.  And with only a few minutes per day, you can get willpower….on a DVD.  Yes, it’s usually willpower in a bottle, but obviously that doesn’t apply here.

Pros

They don’t really have anything in their DVD’s, CD’s, etc that might cause an allergic reaction or side effects.  So that’s always a plus.  And you also get free access to their website where you can apparently get tips and otherwise from creator Don Mannarino.

Cons

Hypnotism doesn’t promote weight loss.  There is no way to avoid dieting and exercising(which is what they imply when they say that you can still “eat all your favorite foods”)and still lose weight.  Frankly speaking, the right diet pill can suppress appetite.  And if your problem is that you are always hungry and therefore eat too much, that could help.  But you can’t hypnotize away your appetite.  And even if you eat less, you also need to improve the types of food you eat.

Conclusion

Frankly speaking, there are no studies to promote this idea in any way, shape, or form.  The fact that they claim to have clinical studies is a joke.  Even professionals who use hypnosis on their clients and even themselves every day don’t pretend that it will work for weight loss, because they know better.  Frankly speaking, with any “free trial offer”, despite what they say, there are always recurring charges, and they always give you a time period just short enough that they know you won’t remember to call in and cancel.  So realistically, there’s no reason to fall for this.
