What Does Thermo Boost Do?
Thermo Boost is a product that is only one part of a five part system created by Hi5 nutritional supply company that is supposed to be able to help you burn more calories, eat less calories, lose excess water weight, and attain better intestinal and overall health. Thermo Boost is the nighttime metabolism booster, but the other parts of the system include a meal replacement, an appetite suppressant, a colon cleanser, and a daytime metabolism booster.
How Does It Do It?
Thermo Boost contains a few ingredients that have been known to be able to offer some weight loss results. For example, ginseng tea has been shown to effectively stimulate your body’s thermo genesis, allowing your metabolism to burn more calories while the rest of your body is at rest. However, after looking at Thermo Boost’s label, we are extremely skeptical that you will see any weight loss results with Thermo Boost because there simply aren’t enough active ingredients like ginseng tea to make any sort of impact on your weight.
Any Other Concerns?
To add to the fact that Thermo Boost doesn’t provide enough ingredients to contribute to weight loss, they also include ingredients that haven’t even been thought to stimulate weight loss. Collagen, for example, is essential to give elasticity to the skin, but it has never been shown to help you lose weight, yet Hi5 includes it in Thermo Boost.
Thermo Boost also includes ingredients that could be bad for your body. In fact, Aloe Vera juice, which is claimed by Hi5 to “regulate your digestion,” has actually been proven to cause serious abdominal pains, gas, bloating, and even diarrhea. For this reason, it was banned by the FDA from all over the counter laxatives.
Even if Thermo Boost did have more promise as a metabolism booster, it is not sold separately, so you’d have to buy all of the other Hi5 products along with Thermo Boost.
