The French Don’t Diet Plan Review

The French Don’t Diet Plan has it all figured out. Maybe the name is not exactly appropriate, and you’ll see why below. But The French Don’t Diet Plan does follow a basic structure that can give you results if you follow the plan. So how does it work?

No “Fake Foods”

The French Don’t Diet Plan focuses on the idea that French people don’t eat “fake foods”, in other words prepackaged foods. And frankly, a lot of Americans do eat a lot of prepackaged foods. But that’s not the reason why French people are skinnier. French people do still eat a lot of prepared and prepackaged foods with plenty of fillers, preservatives, and other ingredients that actually end up damaging the body.

No Fatty or Carb Rich Foods

Have you ever heard of a patisserie? There are plenty in France, and frankly speaking, there’s a reason why “French women don’t get fat” never focused on the type of foods being consumed. Most French people are known for eating a lot of fatty foods and carb rich foods, and while it would be better to cut them out, it doesn’t fit the name.

Take At Least 30 Minutes For Lunch

The idea is that you will eat less if you take longer to eat the food in front of you. This is not necessarily practical for everybody. But most French people do actually take longer lunches, and if you eat more in a shorter period of time and then wait, then you are going to get the same basic effect.

Exercise, Exercise, Exercise

Finally, The French Don’t Diet Plan focuses on the fact that you should exercise, and this The French Don’t Diet Plan got completely right. French people exercise a lot more simply by walking from place to place (to and from work, school, etc.), and if you want to lose weight, regardless of what others do or do not do, you need to exercise for at least an hour a day.

Conclusion on The French Don’t Diet Plan

Do you want to lose weight? The concepts behind The French Don’t Diet Plan are completely sound as far as I can tell. The French Don’t Diet Plan does not focus on its own brand of special recipes, and it does not make you get prepackaged foods or give you stupid gimmicks, except for the French thing of course. Outside of that, it’s just straight healthy living.
