There are no frills or lace, just a simple advertised fat burner that will supposedly help you to lose weight for a price that you can afford from a bargain vitamin company that has been around for quite a few years. Swanson is well-known in the health industry, but it’s a bit harder to break into diet pills. We don’t even know if Swanson knows what the required ingredients are to promote weight loss!
Does Swanson Fat Burner Have Weight Loss Ingredients?
You have to look for a minute, but Swanson Fat Burner does actually have weight loss ingredients. It uses naringin technically, because it uses the base fruit, which means that it might create a stimulant free fat burning effect. Likewise, it uses garcinia cambogia, another stimulant free fat burner, and apple cider vinegar, a natural cleanser.
Does Swanson Fat Burner Promote Weight Loss Results?
That’s a bit harder to determine. Swanson Fat Burner has a few weight loss ingredients, but we can definitively say that it doesn’t have the clinically proven amounts of at least one. It uses about 1/5 of the necessary garcinia cambogia. We’ve seen a lot of products do it before, so it doesn’t surprise us for a second. However, we still wish that Swanson Fat Burner did.
Outside of that, Swanson Fat Burner uses ingredients that take a milder approach, naringin is not exactly your superpowered fat burner. It is strong enough, and especially with apple cider vinegar, there is a better chance for real results. However, we wouldn’t put all of your eggs in one basket with this one. It only costs you a few bucks, and we could see it being better combined with another product.

Based on the research and studies we’ve seen, we have yet to see anything that suggests that the ingredients in Swanson Fat Burner would do any serious damage. However, we cannot unequivocally say that it is safe for everybody, especially if you have certain medical conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.

Swanson Fat Burner uses ingredients that could reasonably promote some weight loss results. We could see the Swanson Fat Burner formula helping you to lose small amounts. We wouldn’t expect too much, a cheap product can only do so much. However Swanson Fat Burner is one of the few that we could see doing its job.
