Phosphacore Review

Phosphacore is one of the products claiming to help you to reduce cortisol and therefore target belly fat. They have since amended their claims and just focused on the idea of targeting belly fat. They claim that you will see almost instantaneous results and they focus on a “rare African herb.” This herb will supposedly help you to shed away 25 pounds in just 2 weeks. But what is this “rare African herb” and how does it actually work?

Pros

They do have the powerful antioxidant known as ascorbic acid. It could protect against vitamin C deficiencies as well as killing off free radicals. They also have CLA, which if used in 4500mg doses twice daily, can burn more fat and build lean muscle mass.

Cons

Unfortunately, even in the highest doses, CLA burns about 2 extra pounds per year. They don’t even use that much though. They also use 2 other ingredients that are not related to weight loss. Ascorbic acid is an antioxidant, not a fat burner. Phosphatidylserine likewise, despite what some have said, does not promote weight loss. It has been used in some injections. But sjme have been hospitalized due to said injections. There is a huge difference. Unfortunately, they really don’t give the details needed about their products in general.

Conclusion

We would not recommend Phosphacore. It doesn’t have what it needs to produce results, and you would only be wasting your money by buying it. It does not do the basic job of promoting weight loss, which is of course essential to anything realistically.
