But is this all true?
Pros
They use a proven appetite suppressant known as glucomannan. It expands in the stomach if 1000mg or more is used, and it blocks a great deal of appetite.
Cons
Their provided ingredients list does not seem to be the full ingredients list. It certainly does not actually provide any amounts. There are some sites that suggest they have 400mg per serving of glucomannan, which is definitely not enough. But it seems this cannot be confirmed. However, the fact that they don’t provide it up front suggests that they have an ineffective amount such as that. The other ingredients follow that trend as well considering they don’t list amounts for them either. Hoodia has not been shown to work scientifically speaking. In fact every major study has shown that it does not produce significant results. All in all, this formula is lacking in more ways than one and would not be advisable for results.
Conclusion
We would not recommend this product. It doesn’t show results, and it is in no way impressive to us, nor should it be to any dieter out there. You would really only be wasting your time and money, and we hope you choose something outside of Phenocal.
