Phendimetrazine Review
White and odorless, Phendimetrazine is a prescription medication that is used to suppress appetite and help obese patients to lose more weight when combined with a doctor recommended diet and exercise plan, all of which sounds pretty reasonable to me.
And even though prescriptions have been pushed in the past, it’s been particularly noticeable lately because of all of the Alli commercials such as the Wynonna Judd commercial, which brags about FDA approved products being “the only safe way” to lose weight. But consider for a moment the fact that Phendimetrazine is only meant for short term use. Is it really that bad?
Short Term Use with Phendimetrazine
Phendimetrazine is an amphetamine that can be highly addictive, which is the first reason why you can only use Phendimetrazine for short periods of time. But even if it weren’t addictive, Phendimetrazine has quite a few side effects connected to it, and the results only last for a few weeks at a time! So technically, you could keep spending more money. But after a few weeks, you would not lose any more weight. And what about the side effects?
Safety Issues with Phendimetrazine
Phendimetrazine is known for its side effects, just like many other big amphetamine based prescriptions (there is only one prescription that is not based on amphetamines). Some of the side effects include pulmonary hypertension(a rare lung disorder), chest pain, uneven heartbeat, unusual thoughts or behavior, increased blood pressure, nervousness, headaches, dizziness, tremors, insomnia, dry mouth, constipation, depression, psychosis, and various other severe side effects such as sudden and severe weight gain. To me, that sounds pretty daunting.
Conclusion
Phendimetrazine is a prescription made up of one ingredient, and while results are small as is, the major problems with prescription include nasty side effects and complaints about single ingredient prescriptions not being effective enough. But ironically, there are no FDA approved prescriptions, including Phendimetrazine, that combine ingredients, being deemed too dangerous for the public at large.
Phendimetrazine’s results are just not that great, and it still has some pretty serious side effects that you would think would make Phendimetrazine “too dangerous for the general public.” Who knew, as long as you have FDA approval, psychosis and permanent heart damage are acceptable risks.
