But of course, if you have ever actually gone into the office or worked with somebody that did, you know that they have always offered oral solutions and options. This being said, it is entirely based on the idea that if you use the HCG pregnancy hormone, it will improve the way your body works to burn fat.

This formula has no known side effects, and of course you don’t actually have to get injections from a professional, risking associated pain.
Cons
They don’t actually have a proven mechanism of action. Yes, it is typically dispensed from medical spas. However, realistically speaking, there is a common pattern with HCG in general, including oral HCG. People lose less weight than they should be losing considering their diet and exercise pattern. They require that you follow a 500 calorie diet that includes 30-60 minutes of exercise per day. Many forget that when they followed a 1200 calorie diet with exercise in the past, they actually lost that much or more. They forget, because they get caught up in the idea of some magical solution that will wipe away all the diet world’s woes.

We would not recommend using the Oral HCG Diet Solution. Yes, people lose weight. When you cut your calories in half and then cut it in half again and again and you exercise, you tend to lose weight. That’s not the question. The question is, is it worth the cost? We would say no. After all, eating 500 calories per day is not by any definition healthy, and realistically speaking, an hour of proper cardio could burn 500 calories or more in some cases. So if you did that on your own, you could probably lose around 2-3 pounds per day if you weighed what most who start using the HCG diet in general do. So in short, you could find something else, and if anything, the HCG in any form is actually holding you back.
