They make blatantly false claims about their ingredients, and their other two ingredients actually haven’t been proven to do anything. You need at least 400mg and it has to have at least 50% caffeine as caffeine is actually the fat burning constituent in this ingredient. Their other ingredients have no real relation to weight loss.

We would not recommend using Napsil. It doesn’t actually promote weight loss, and it doesn’t promote any of the other benefits that they talk about. It is just a blatant waste of time and money. You would be far better off using something else, and frankly you could quite easily find something better just about anywhere else.
