Maker’s Diet Review

Maker’s Diet, which is a diet eating program inspired after the Bible, is a 40 day program that is broken down into three two-week installments. Each installment was designed with a specific purpose and is different from all the other installments. This highly religious eating plan helps you to lose weight, eat healthy, start exercising, and completely change your lifestyle to create a healthier, better looking you. Before you try this program, creators make you take a “health analysis” to determine your health, and where you should first start.
Pros
The diet itself is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and is otherwise fairly healthy by nature.
Cons
This product was designed by a scam artist. Yes, it is just a book. But realistically, the FTC has warned against any product associated with Jordan S Rubin and Garden of Life for a reason. They have a history of being sued for false and unsubstantiated claims, and they have repeatedly defied that. They have repeatedly made claims that they cannot actually substantiate, and realistically, this is no different. The weight loss would be small at best, and the other health benefits they talk about are often null and void.
Conclusions
This is not a long term lifestyle change as would be necessary to really achieve results. The Maker’s Diet is a waste of time and money, and there are far better options out there. It was created by a scam artist and his company, and we would be wary of anything really produced by them in the first place. So obviously enough, we would recommend that you find something other than the Maker’s Diet to help you to lose weight.
