Irvingia Gabonensis Review

Irvignia gabonensis is one of the more recent introductions to the weight loss world. It has actually been around for a while. Most just haven’t seen it, because it hasn’t been on CNN, Oprah, or 60 minutes as of yet. Of course, we tend to find that those ingredients are not as great as proposed. Some like hoodia flat out don’t work, and others like reservatrol are being more and more debated as more extensive studies come out. This being said, does its relative anonymity give it more credibility, or does irvignia gabonensis just not work?
Pros
They have clinical studies. The clinical studies actually get stronger every time, proving that actually, irvignia gabonensis could work. Irvignia gabonensis has been proven to promote weight loss, a drop in bad cholesterol, raised good cholesterol, and improved overall weight and heart health. This is impressive for one ingredient to say the least, and it gets more impressive the more we see from irvignia gabonensis. This is not common by any means. It has even been compared to bigger ingredients such as glucomannan for example.
Cons
It does require a relatively high amount to be used 3 times daily rather than 2. It requires about 1500mg, which to be honest, most companies are not going to bother using.
Conclusion
We would definitely recommend the proper use of irvignia gabonensis. Like any other ingredient, you ultimately speaking run the risk of getting the wrong amounts and therefore not getting any results. When it comes right down to it, there is without question certain risks with this product in general. However, the simple fact is that irvignia gabonensis can work. It is clinically proven, and if used in the right amounts, it will work.
