Hydroxy Phase Review

What is Hydroxy Phase?
If you’re looking for an easy weight loss dietary supplement that you can just take relatively casually and see results, then Hydroxy Phase isn’t for you. Hydroxy Phase, or HP+ for short, is not only a protein shake, but is also part of a seven day fat burning diet.
The Diet
The diet has you eating two low carb diets a day. For the remaining meal and any other time you might get hungry, you’re supposed to mix the HP+ powder with water and drink it as a shake. It is estimated you’ll end up taking four or five shakes a day, and that is perfectly fine. You’re also supposed to get a weight lifting or cardio workout every day in the seven day program. Following these steps, a HP+ user can lose up to eleven pounds in that first week. After the seven days, you may go make to a more normal but still healthy and low carb diet as you take fewer shakes in the day. This will help you keep the weight off as you continue to lose additional weight.
Does it Work?
Hydroxy Phase contains a high concentration of carbohydrates. This will give you more energy to workout, since carbs carry some of the simplest forms of energy. HP+ claims to have two carbohydrate blockers in its formula too, which keep your body from keeping all of those carbohydrates and turning them into fat stores. One of these supposed blockers, hydroxycitric acid, isn’t a blocker at all unfortunately. But the other one, Phaseolamin is. HP+ might not be as string as it says it is, but it may still give you results.
Conclusion
HP+ is made by the Australian company Max’s. Australia has a past of banning a lot of substances commonly found in American weight loss supplements. So, Hydroxy Phase has a better chance of being safe for your body than some other supplements might be.
