Hi5 Precision is an appetite suppressant based on just 5 ingredients. However, it is also meant to be combined with 4 other products in a Hi5 kit for a “comprehensive” weight loss effect.
After all, consumers have different needs, and sometimes a simple appetite suppressant is not enough. However, this review was written to evaluate Hi5 Precision on an individual basis as an appetite suppressant.
Hi5 Precision Ingredients
Hi5 Precision has just 5 basic ingredients, none of which we would consider to be appetite suppressants. We know, it doesn’t make much sense, but most of the ingredients in Hi5 Precision increase energy or improve mood.
We understand how some could get confused. After all, acacia rigidula is a natural amphetamine, and most prescription appetite suppressants are considered to be amphetamines. So logically, wouldn’t that mean that any amphetamine must suppress appetite?
Unfortunately no, and acacia rigidula is one of those amphetamines that does not have that effect. It is mostly used to improve mood.
Other ingredients such as green tea (which is one of the biggest weight loss ingredients we have seen) can be used to increase energy, or in this case to burn fat by increasing metabolism. However, it seems that the makers of Hi5 Precision got really mixed up when putting together the Hi5 Precision “appetite suppressant.” If anything, Hi5 Precision should be referred to as a metabolism booster or fat burner, which ironically a lot of dieters find more appealing.

Hi5 Precision uses a 5 ingredient blend, which is encouraging because with just 5 ingredients, it’s completely possible that Hi5 Precision could use 400mg of green tea for example, which is the amount you need to get clinically proven weight loss benefits.
However, in this case, Hi5 Precision relies entirely on green tea, which may sound good, but it’s not as great an idea as you may think. As great and well-studied as green tea is, it doesn’t work for everybody, and it is always better to have a more varied base to work off of (more than one clinically proven weight loss ingredient).
Green tea is not an appetite suppressant, and Hi5 doesn’t even bother telling you how much green tea is in Hi5 Precision, which believe it or not does matter. It can make or break even the best looking diet pills. We are sure that Hi5 Precision will probably improve your health because of all of the antioxidants, but we’re not sure that we can promise any weight loss benefits, even for the most dedicated users.
