Fucothin Review

Fucothin is advertised as the most popular diet pill based on seaweed. Apparently, its thermogenic powers surpass all others and it is a powerful antioxidant. They claim that it is completely stimulant free and you will see greater weight loss, even an average of 14.5 pounds on an 1800 calorie diet. On a diet, unless you’re an athlete, you shouldn’t be eating more than 1200 calories per day, so we’re skeptical.

Pros

Their main ingredient fucoxanthin has been proven in some studies to promote a thermogenic effect within the body. It is completely natural and moreover stimulant free coming from Japanese seaweed. If used in the right amounts, it could ideally provide you the results you are looking for.

Cons

Fucoxanthin has only been studied in animals to this point by one lab who has conducted several studies. It is the same team of researchers indicating serious bias. And obviously, it doesn’t help that there are no human studies at this time. In addition, the makers of Fucothin, Garden of Life & Jordan S Rubin, have been sued multiple times by the FTC for unsubstantiated claims. Rubin was even banned for a time from advertising any products really.

Conclusion

We would not recommend using Fucothin. It doesn’t have the right ingredients, the right amounts, or anything else that would be required for success. Fucothin simply wastes your time and energy as well as your money. With its history alone, we would not recommend using this product. But with the weak evidence and formula, it just adds to the problem. Fucothin is just another scam.
