What Does FirmSlim Do?
Among other things, FirmSlim claims to be able to “combat cellulite, firm and smoothe your skin, eliminate toxins and work as a diuretic.”
But we didn’t want to just take their word for it, so we looked at the label to see what FirmSlim was really capable of.
Although FirmSlim is not confident enough in its ingredients to post a comprehensive list online, we have gathered general information about how the formula is supposed to work.
Because FirmSlim describes itself as a “thermogenically active” weight loss product, we can assume that FirmSlim uses caffeine as its main powerhouse.
Does FirmSlim Work?
Since cellulite is not, contrary to popular opinion, just due to an accumulation of fat under the skin, there are more ways of reducing the appearance of cellulite than just by losing weight.
In fact, even the skinniest people can still have cellulite because the appearance of cellulite is mainly due to thin skin.
For this reason, cellulite creams can actually be effective at reducing the appearance of cellulite, even though they aren’t effective at helping you reduce the amount of cellulite you have.
Instead, they work by dehydrating your skin cells, thus tightening and firming your skin, making it harder to see the cellulite underneath.
This skin tightening is usually accomplished with a caffeine-heavy formula, like FirmSlim. However, even though these formulas can work initially, they usually wear off as soon as you take a drink of water or eat anything.
Any Other Concerns?
Even if FirmSlim was the best caffeine-based anti cellulite cream, we don’t see potential for it to last long enough to make it worth your money.
Unfortunately, because Transformulas has ceased the production of FirmSlim due to unpopularity, we have a hard time believing that FirmSlim was any better than the competition.
