FC-Block Review
Ok, so you’ve heard about Pro Fight’s FC-Block and you are wondering if it can really work. If you’re like us, you probably were enticed when you read that FC-Block promises to be able reduce body fat and appetite, increase body tone and definition, get rid of abdomen fat, and even detoxify and tighten skin. But so many other weight loss supplements have promised to do the same things and have fallen short, so we did our research to see if FC-Block really is the silver bullet we’ve all been looking for.
What Exactly Does FC-Block Do?
Using the white kidney bean extract, FC-Block claims to be able to block the absorption of fats and carbohydrates in your small intestine—meaning you would be able to eat all the calories of fats and carbs you want without having to resign yourself to your “fat-jeans.”
How Does It Do It?
FC-Block uses white kidney bean extract to block the absorption of those devious fats and carbs. Although there hasn’t been a lot of published research done on the powers of white kidney bean extract, there has been one positive study conducted in which sixty slightly overweight people were either given the extract or a placebo and then told to continue their regular weight loss regimen. After the study was over, they saw that thirty percent more of the people who took the extract rather than the placebo saw weight loss results.
Any Concerns?
Despite this positive study, if your goals for weight loss are more long term, you might want to consider looking elsewhere for your supplement as most people who take FC-Block do not do so for very long. Even those who saw weight loss results did not continue their regimen for long because any fat or carb blocker that works will leave undigested starches in the large intestine which ferment, give off gas, and cause bloating and diarrhea. Apparently people thought these ills were not worth going down a pant size.
