This product does use one ingredient that we like. The ingredient, Siberian gingseng, has been proven to act as a stimulant and help you burn fat. This product is included in some of the more successful weight loss pills.
Cons
Although we do like that this product uses the ingredient Siberian ginseng, we are alarmed by how much they actually use in this product. Endurox Excel uses 1200 mg of this ingredient, way more than is probably needed, and completely rules out the claim that there are no stimulants included in this product. In fact, this much of Siberian ginseng can definitely act as a stimulant, and can be potentially harmful to anyone who takes this much. Also, this product only uses one other ingredient, Vitamin E. As you probably already know, this vitamin doesn’t help with weight loss in the slightest, or everybody would be going to their local grocer and buying up all the Vitamin E they can get their hands on.
Conslusion
We would not recommend trying Endurox Excel. While 1200mg of Siberian ginseng is more than enough to promote weight loss, that is not our immediate concern. The point of a weight loss supplement is to help you to lose weight and get in better health in part by losing that weight. When a weight loss supplement puts you in the hospital due to extreme side effects whether they be related to ephedra or something as innocuous as caffeine, obviously that has defeated the generalized purpose. There are definitely better products out there that won’t put you in danger, and will help you loss weight healthily.
