It was of course banned with everything else when ephedrine was banned due to serious side effects very much including death. This was messy of course, and most never actually recovered.
Conclusion
This formula of course does not exist anymore. But it was effective in its time and not just because of the ephedrine. It kept it simple, and since then they took their time and have now reformulated replacing only ephedrine and using the same old formula otherwise, because apparently it works.
