Dymetadrine Xtreme EF has some good ingredients. Dymetadrine Xtreme EF has ingredients such as caffeine anhydrous, synephrine, theobromine, and green tea. All of these ingredients have been known to be potentially powerful fat burners. Synephrine has even been compared to ma huang. This being said, if you were to get the right amounts, you could get amazing results.
