Dtour Diet Review

A diabetes diet like Dtour Diet one would assume, is simple. It’s a low carb approach that allows you to focus on protein, cut out blood sugar spiking carbs, and maybe stick to the glycemic index while you’re at it. You will probably lose a few pounds or quite a few depending on how crazy you go with it. So logically, the Dtour Diet would automatically promote weight loss.
Yes, you could simply talk to your doctor and have him/her tell you to go on a low carb diet. But it’s so much more exciting when you have a book to read from some supposed expert rather than the doctor you see every month or maybe ever year. And it’s much more exciting when you haven’t heard the name a hundred billion times!
Is the Dtour Diet Better for Diabetes?
As far as I can tell, there is nothing that separates the Dtour Diet from a regular low carb diet. It might adhere more to the standards of the Glycemic Index Diet. But makers of Dtour Diet have kept any plausible details close to the chest, which I do not actually see as a good thing.
Is Dtour Diet Something You Want to Try?
You can certainly try the Dtour Diet. I haven’t seen any particularly negative reviews, and the idea behind it is more common than you might think. Yes, Dtour Diet targets a medical condition. But so does the South Beach Diet, which technically focuses on heart patients.
Doctors often use a similar approach for both conditions. If Dtour Diet does take the regular approach, then obviously you’ve seen it before with the Atkins Diet, the South Beach Diet, and many other similar low carb diet. And if it takes a low glycemic approach, you’ve seen it before with the Glycemic Index Diet. It doesn’t mean it won’t work. It just means that if you have used any one of these industry giant diets, then you’ve already used the Dtour Diet before.
