They don’t have any basic colon cleansing ingredients. Apparently, they think not disclosing their ingredients and using a number of different and potentially harmful diuretics counts. Diuretics do not cleanse the colon. They just make you temporarily drop weight so that you think that it’s working for a while, while also making you sick.
