DaySlim has ginseng. Ginseng is ac linically proven ingredient that has been shown to burn more fat and increase natural energy while improving feelings of overall wellbeing.
Cons
DaySlim may have ginseng. But they cite the use of about 250mg. While they do specify amounts, which is more than most, ginseng requires at least 400mg to produce results. They have about half that. It’s enough to cause the caffeine related side effects. But that’s really about it. And hoodia seems to have been proven ineffective if anything. It has been through more studies than most ingredients combined with 10 other common ingredients. But all of those studies have shown no known benefits, and most were specifically testing for appetite suppression. When you use DaySlim, you can be sure of one thing. It will not help you to achieve better results. And we are not sure what the side effects are as hoodia cannot be found outside of South Africa. So they are using something else and hiding it under the hoodia name.
Conclusion
DaySlim sounds good in some ways. But it does not come through. DaySlim does not have the right ingredients, the right amounts, or any other rather important details. When you use DaySlim, you find a formula that is halfway applicable at best. But they do not have the right amounts, just potential side effects. We would strongly recommend that you find something else.
