Cinch Diet Review

Is there such thing as a “no fail diet plan”? According to the Cinch Diet, you can lose weight, eat the foods you love, maintain your health, and you will never feel dissatisfied again. According to the Cinch Diet, you could easily lose 10 pounds this month by following 3 simple steps. But is this possible?
Losing 10 Pounds in a Month
To be honest, I was expecting to see more extreme claims like something about losing 10 pounds in your first week, which isn’t unusual. It’s extremely common among fad diets. But 10 pounds is not as big a deal as you think.
If you use a healthy diet and exercise plan, most should be able to lose about 2 pounds a week, i.e. 8 pounds a month. If you push it just a little further, it shouldn’t be hard to lose an extra ¼ pound per week, again if you are following the right diet and exercise plan.
Does the Cinch Diet Do the Job
The Cinch Diet really does focus on simple changes, and it even incorporates the idea of dark chocolate every week, which appeals to most women. And it’s technically healthy, cutting out a lot of the excess sugar and milk while still giving you healthy antioxidant benefits.
And by eating 4 times a day instead of 3, you ideally cut down on actual meal size, keep your metabolism going, and you stay satisfied, all of which are clearly good things. And yes, the idea has been proven and used by many professional athletes, nutritionists, etc., though some eat as many as 6 meals a day.
Should You Use the Cinch Diet?
The Cinch Diet is well equipped for weight loss results. It isn’t quite as simple as it sounds at first. Realistically, the Cinch Diet provides a lot of healthy meal plans, which actually makes it hard to go out and function on your own (i.e. restaurants). But if you’re ready to stay home most of the time, which actually saves you money, the Cinch Diet could work.
