Cheater’s Relief Review
BSN Cheater’s Relief is a well known and popular product. They have claimed that it will help you to cheat by eating more carbs and yet still lose weight. It has been used by advanced bodybuilders and fitness competitors who generally use a very strict low carb diet while cheating maybe once a week on one meal per week or one snack per week. It is a very limited birth of flexibility. This being said, they claim that Cheater’s Relief will finally help you to achieve weight maintenance when eating calorie rich foods, control blood glucose levels and insulin levels already in normal range(in other words it is not for those with diabetes), and it will help you with greater calorie partitioning.
Pros
Cheater’s Relief has some proven ingredients. For example, it has phaseolus vulgaris, really the only carb blocking ingredient that we have seen. Likewise, they have garcinia cambogia, which has been known as a stimulant free fat burner just as cinnulin has been known to control blood glucose levels and NeOpuntia is really the only fat blocker, being a form of the proven chitosan.
Cons
Cheater’s Relief has all of these ingredients. But they also have quite a few ingredients like ALA for example, that have nothing to do with the associated benefits. More than that, there is the fact that realistically speaking, Cheater’s Relief has only one small proprietary blend. It expects 564mg to cover all of these ingredients. Chitosan and phaseolus vulgaris each require 1000mg at least. And garcinia cambogia requires at least 1500mg. So obviously, it doesn’t have enough.
Conclusion
We would not recommend using Cheater’s Relief. It does not promote greater weight loss or any other results in general when it comes right down to it. Cheater’s Relief does not have the right amounts, and for the most part, it does not have the right ingredients. So we would definitely recommend that you use another option.
