Cheater’s Relief has some proven ingredients. For example, it has phaseolus vulgaris, really the only carb blocking ingredient that we have seen. Likewise, they have garcinia cambogia, which has been known as a stimulant free fat burner just as cinnulin has been known to control blood glucose levels and NeOpuntia is really the only fat blocker, being a form of the proven chitosan.

Cheater’s Relief has all of these ingredients. But they also have quite a few ingredients like ALA for example, that have nothing to do with the associated benefits. More than that, there is the fact that realistically speaking, Cheater’s Relief has only one small proprietary blend. It expects 564mg to cover all of these ingredients.
