Celsius Energy Drink Review
Celsius Energy Drink comes in quite a few flavors. Don’t worry, these are all the same supplement, whether you’re talking about the Strawberry kiwi or the cola flavors. But the idea is that Celsius Energy Drink will burn another 100 calories while speeding up your metabolism. Wait a minute. 100 calories isn’t that much. Sure, that’s a lot of food if you’re eating grapes (100g = 100 calories). But that’s not even a full medium sized bag of fries! 100 calories is nothing! And you could probably burn that off by chewing a piece of gum.
But then what do I know. I don’t drink energy drinks to lose weight. So objectively speaking, I haven’t heard any complaints about the taste. In fact, a lot of people seem to like the variety of options Celsius Energy Drink provides. But the results are another story.
Benefits of Celsius Energy Drink
Like any other energy drink, Celsius Energy Drink has small amounts of caffeine, but enough to boost energy levels and obviously help some to get past the 2 o’clock or whatever time it hits you, drag. And like many others, Celsius Energy Drink also has energy supplements like taurine and Glucuronolactone, which can be good for the muscles.
But while Celsius Energy Drink does have 2 clinically proven fat burning benefits, caffeine and green tea do not promote these kinds of clinically proven results without at least 8 times what is found in Celsius Energy Drink. Without those amounts, caffeine is not even proven to burn 100 calories, which is an extremely small amount that won’t make a significant difference in a dieter’s day to day life.
Conclusion
Celsius Energy Drink may be “energy in a can.” But it is not your “ultimate weight loss aid” or anything that might help you to lose weight. By the time the caffeine in Celsius Energy Drink burns all the sugar that Celsius Energy Drink contains, if it even burns fat, the small amounts of caffeine in Celsius Energy Drink are not enough to burn any extra calories, therefore causing weight gain if anything.
