CalmSlim Review

Calmslim claims to be the ultimate holistic approach to women’s weight loss specifically speaking. They claim it will actually give you results developed by an experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine set of experts and it has been thoroughly tested in Australian laboratories. But the circumstances deserve a more thorough evaluation as we provide below. Now Chinese medicine has been one of the most successful traditional medicines in clinical studies. However, this does not guarantee that those studies indicated weight loss results or otherwise applicable results.
Pros
Calmslim does have some proven ingredients. It has green tea, which is obviously proven, and it has garcinia cambogia and gymnema sylvestre, which are equally proven in their own right. In addition, white kidney bean has been speculated to block carb absorption.
Cons
The ingredients used have been shown to be less effective in women’s weight loss than men’s ironically. Out of the other ingredients, green tea is actually capable of promoting weight loss, but not in the small amounts that they use, and it requires at least 400mg, which they don’t have being that they use a proprietary blend. Green tea also contains caffeine, which means caffeine related side effects despite their apparently uninformed claims. All in all, there is nothing specialized toward women about this formula!
Conclusion
CalmSlim does not live up to its varied and studied claims. They get about half way up the ladder and then suddenly stop, because they obviously don’t want to bother spending the money to use the right amounts or otherwise. They rely on the hype surrounding Chinese medicine and green tea rather than substantiated fact. We would not recommend this product.
