Boda Extract No. 3 Review
Boda Extract No. 3 is a diet pill that is supposed to work by attacking three different fat cell related mechanisms. First it attacks the adipocytes aka fat cells. It claims to be able to reduce these in number and size. Next it works onthe triglyceridse. This is the form that most of our fat intake is in. Boda Extract No. 3 is supposed to decrease the activity of the enzyme that helps digest these so that less fat is stored. This product also is supposed to increase apoptosis which is basically disintegration of fat cells. Finally, it is supposed to increase the activity of the enzyme CPT which increases the amount of fat we use for energy. Ok I know that seems like a lot, and we’er not sure how effective it is at doing all those. Let’s see what our research has shown about CLA and Boda Extract No. 3.
Pros
There have been several studies done on CLA that shows that it is helpful in breaking down fat and reducing body fat in overweight humans. A study done on the product itself also showed that it was able to help people lose 20% body fat in 12 weeks. Now that is not the average, and it may only work if you are truly overweight. However, it is encouraging to see successful studies.
Cons
It will not work for everyone. It is also not a good supplement for vegetarians because it contains animal by-produts. It is also noted that it may cause some intestinal discomfort. The last con we noted was the price. It is less affordable than some, but at the same time it may provide more results.
Conclusion
Overall a fairly good product. It seems to have done its research, and it is always good to use products that base its ingredients off of studies. CLA is a good ingredient, but it is not the magic bullet. It is important to note that in order for this product to be successful for you, you must really be overweight. This product is not for fast weight loss for those looking to just lose a few pounds.
