They can suppress appetite, thermogenically burn more fat, and otherwise promote greater weight loss than diet and exercise alone if used in the right amounts. They even use the proven 1500mg of garcinia cambogia.

However, this will promote modest weight loss in general. It is not the substantial part, or rather it shouldn’t be. Green tea and caffeine should produce the bulk of the weight loss and fat burning. But they use less than half of what is required in those 2 ingredients, meaning you will not achieve the results that clinical studies have shown or for that matter any real results at all.
