Astraslim Review

Astraslim is a low calorie meal replacement that promises to be able to help you satisfyingly cut out one meal a day from your usual amount of calories. Astraslim is only one component of a five part weight loss system produced and manufactured by Hi5; the other parts including an appetite suppressant, a daytime and nighttime metabolism booster, and a colon cleanser. Together, all of these components are claimed to help you consume fewer calories, burn more calories, get rid of excess water weight and intestinal buildup and promote general, overall health.
The Good
Astraslim truly is low in calories. With only 56 calories, they definitely are a better option compared to slimfast shakes that average 200-300 calories a piece. Astraslim is also centered around essential amino acids that are supposed to be able to provide your body with energy and nutrients so that it doesn’t go into starvation mode and burn muscle rather than excess fat.
The Bad
That being said, we are not confident that Astraslim contains any properties that will truly keep you feeling full. Successful meal replacements usually include either a large volume, or they are high in dietary fiber that moves so slowly through your digestive system that your brain will think you have just eaten hours after your last meal. Without either of these benefits you will find yourself thinking you are hungry almost immediately after drinking Astraslim. Even if the amino acids keep you burning fat, you will find yourself feeling hungry and miserable all the way until dinner, and we all know how hard it is to make sensible dietary choices when we’ve missed lunch.
The Skinny
Even if you feel like you are capable of exhibiting enough self control and will power to continually skip meals, Astraslim is not sold individually so you would have to invest in the entire Hi5 weight loss system.
