Oolong tea is similar to green tea. It comes from the same tea leaves. The only difference is that oolong tea is more fermented. It has a richer source of caffeine, and it has the same antioxidant benefits. Much like green tea, it has been through hundreds of positive clinical studies. But unfortunately for us, we have no idea how much oolong tea (or fat burning caffeine) is actually in Advocare ThermoPlus.

Advocare ThermoPlus key ingredients include Sage extract, Oolong tea extract, Guarana extract, Thiamine, and Niacin.
As you can see, Advocare ThermoPlus doesn’t even have a full ingredients list! But outside of this, the formula is boring. The only clinically proven ingredient is the common caffeine based oolong tea, and apparently the makers of Advocare ThermoPlus consider essential B vitamins to be powerful fat burners. Go figure.
The Company Comparison
I’m not too worried about most consumers falling for this. If you look at other products in the same line, you find products that are far more competitive. Certain products in the Advocare ThermoPlus line focus on multiple clinical studies. But it seems that this company as a whole is irrelevant. Nobody really pays attention to any of these products, especially not Advocare ThermoPlus. And I have no doubt that you could find identical products (that don’t work) for considerably cheaper prices.
