Advalean is a diet pill that claims to help you lose fat through 6 different mechanisms. Not only does it claim to help you boost your energy and increase metabolism, but is also claims to help you suppress your appetite, block fat and carbs, and support your Thyroid. Each of these different mechanisms are achieved through a different proprietary blend. These blends each contain different herbs ranging from Hoodia to Bladderwrack. Let’s take a look and see how effective these blends really are.
Pros
In all its blends, Advalean does have some valid weight loss ingredients. For example, it has guggulsterones, which they claim will help the thyroid because of its iodine content. But it has also been known to effectively speaking build lean muscle mass if used correctly. Likewise, it has proven fat burners such as garcinia cambogia.
Cons
Realistically, they have only small proprietary blends, which means that you aren’t actually going to get the amounts you need. Oftentimes, they don’t even have enough to cover one of the ingredients, let alone all of them. And all in all, it will not help you to lose weight, while still causing some side effects. Some of the ingredients like hoodia gordonii aren’t even related at all. Hoodia has been disproven if anything time and time again by studies that have shown no known benefits.
Conclusion
We can not honestly recommend Advalean. It claims to help you lose weight in different ways, but does not contain the right ingredients to actually follow through with any of those claims. They don’t even correctly categorize many ingredients putting a fat burner in an appetite suppressing blend for starters. But realistically speaking, it does not have the right amounts and in many cases, it has ingredients that do not promote weight loss at all. So obviously enough, we would recommend that you find something else.
