This formula uses some good ingredients such as caffeine anhydrous, advantra-z, raspberry ketones, and capsaicin as well as some ingredients like amino acids that might work to feed and nurture the muscles so that they could better grow.

Cons

They use only small amounts of these ingredients which will not show results. This is not at all surprising. Many companies only end up using small proprietary blends that do not account for product needs. Frankly, they don’t use the significance in doses that they would need to see actual results, and they know it. so they hide these details, and frankly their ingredients are all extremely commonly found in just about every diet pill anyway. Now common or popular would not necessarily be such a bad thing. But they abuse it, hoping that you will just get caught up in the hype more than anything else.
