They do have some proven ingredients. For example, they have CLA and green tea. CLA could promote greater fat burning and muscle building while green tea and its antioxidants obviously provide weight loss, fat burning, and other greater benefits in general.
Cons
They have a fraction of the amounts they should have. Most of their ingredients are not really applicable to weight loss anyway. But the ones they do have and even cite studies on are used in those studies in significantly larger amounts than you will ever find in Abs+.
Conclusion
Without the right amounts of the right ingredients, you can’t expect anything. Frankly, you would only lose about 3 extra pounds per year with CLA anyway, and that requires about 4500mg. But still, the point is that they should have used the right amounts to start off with. We would recommend staying far away from this formula.
