They claim that Abs Diet is all that you could possibly need, and you will finally improve heart health and other wellbeing. They give you a 6 week approach to real success, and they talk about quite a few other things. But the question is, does Abs Diet actually work? Does the Abs Diet actually give you what you would need to exceed expectations and get better results than you would with a normal diet or something that you would use anyway or otherwise figure out for free? And how would they actually target belly fat or any other trouble spot or specific area of fat?

The Abs Diet has some good tips. They give you tips about eating more fruits and vegetables and eating more good fatty acids. They give you tips about how to exercise and use cardio to your greater benefit so that you can lose more weight.

Cons

Abs Diet does not actually have anything out of the ordinary. When it comes to the Abs Diet, you will not actually be getting any new tips that you should be paying for. You will find that realistically, you knew all of these things before, everybody knows them. But the biggest thing is that there is no way to actually target any one area of fat. No matter what diet or exercise program or what diet pill you use, you will burn fat all over the body to lose weight. You cannot use one exercise and burn fat in one area. You can build muscles in specific areas. But fat and muscle are not by any means the same thing, nor do they work at all in the same way. When it comes to the Abs Diet, you definitely will not lose the amounts of weight they purport to be possible. So that is yet another way that you are just wasting more time and money on the Abs Diet.

We would not recommend using the Abs Diet. It does not help you to achieve any results or benefits, and it does not actually help you to lose more belly fat. With this diet, it’s common sense, eat more of this, less of that, exercise, use cardio, really nothing special. If you use it right, the average person could lose up to 2 pounds of weight each week, 4 pounds in 2. It’s not a long term plan, it’s not meant to be. But even with a crash diet, you would not be losing anywhere near that much fat, let alone would it be specifically found in the belly area.
