The other ingredients have no application to weight loss at all, and they definitely don’t use 4500mg CLA. You will gain all the weight back when you lose weight with diuretics, and they often cause side effects. Your body needs that water that diuretics are taking away. Plus, even with that, you only lose about 2 extra pounds per year. Obviously, that’s not what most anticipate when they buy any diet pill.
