5 Factor Diet Review

The 5 Factor Diet was first created by celebrity trainerHarley Pasternak. It is based around the number 5 as you might suspect, combining 5 meals per day, 5 week plans, 5 ingredients in each meal, 25 minute workouts of 5 exercises, and 5 cheat days throughout. It has been used by multiple celebrities, but as we have found, this does not necessarily mean success or reasonability.

Pros

They do have some common sense. Frankly, if you eat smaller meals throughout the day you get the maximum benefits out of it. If you eat sensibly and incorporate major food groups as they suggest, you will be able to lose weight, it’s all based on common sense and real facts.

Cons

You don’t need a book or program to tell you this. You don’t need to pay for this advice. These are things we all already know well enough, and he’s just telling us again. And frankly speaking, you should have at least 1 hour of cardio alone per day to burn fat! They give you a mere 25 minutes, and that includes things like weight lifting, not just cardio! They promote it because it was created by a celebrity trainer. You would expect something a little bit more revolutionary, especially considering what you will be paying.

Conclusion

We would not suggest buying the 5 Factor Diet. It’s cute, but realistically these are all things you could easily figure out for yourself and probably already know about. Some of it goes against conventional and clinically proven weight loss wisdom as well. If you want a specialized diet, you could find something better and something more revolutionary to say the least.
