Talk of scams an on line source smceamd my friend out of $ 300 for it and they are still fighting them and the bank(took money out before they were suppose to) anyway I would try to find a reliable source off line. health food stores carry it. I have heard mixed results with it so cant help you there.

  2. sound like a good diet. mmm, i like the vegie you mention. do you like spcanih? salad mixed, you know arugula, butter, oat leaf lettuce. ok, idk how you will completely stop drinking soda pop. you can drink it, just drink one bottle a month, when ever you crave it. im weak minded, you strong so you can do without is best. drink lemonade, orange juice, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, apple juice and so on. the fruits you list is good, what ever taste good to you. eat a little breakfast. like banana or grapefruit in the morning. snack on something before you go to school. you going to have a lot of energy until lunch. eat what you like and avoid the junk food. you smart girl
