3 Hour Diet Review

Just in case you’ve been misled by the diet name, you will not lose substantial amounts of weight in 3 hours! The 3 Hour Diet is specifically referring to how frequently you eat, not how fast you will lose the weight.

If you eat every 3 hours, you will most likely end up eating about 5 to 6 meals per day. The idea is that you will be able to maintain more stable blood sugar levels while feeling satisfied all the time and increasing metabolism, all of which are meant to help you to lose weight. And of course, each meal should be smaller. But there’s more to it.

Combining Food Groups

According to Jorge Cruise, you should always make sure to combine food groups including fat, carbs, and protein. Unlike others that require you to cut out carbs or fats or some other major food group, 3 Hour Diet wants you to focus more on balance, even providing you with specific recipes that do just this.

Exercise

3 Hour Diet finally focuses on exercise and the importance of exercise in your diet plan. Jorge Cruise is famous for his “8 minute workout”, which is not enough to burn fat, calories, or to help you to lose weight at all actually. 3 Hour Diet is not that specific about workouts. But if you extend that to a 60 minute workout every day, you are more likely to succeed.

3 Hours to a Better Body?

I’ve seen some pretty outrageous claims over the years, and I have a hard time believing that most diets work, or there’s some kind of catch (like cutting carbs out of your diet, which can end up being extremely unhealthy). But there’s no catch so far with 3 Hour Diet, and it seems that the 3 Hour Die has a pretty balanced plan. The exercise plan with any Jorge Cruise plan needs a little help. But overall, it seems hopeful.
